These terms govern your use of PortalForge, operated by PortalForgeAi. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
PortalForge provides a hosted client portal for proposals, e-signatures, invoicing, messaging, file sharing and task tracking.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Trial and billing
The trial runs 14 days and requires no payment card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and confirm payment. Paid plans bill monthly in advance at the rate shown at purchase. All charges are non-refundable; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload it and for its legality.
Acceptable use
Do not use PortalForge to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, or attempt to breach or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
E-signatures
PortalForge facilitates electronic signatures. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee that any given signature is enforceable in your jurisdiction or for your document type. That is on you to confirm.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will give notice where practical. We do not offer a guaranteed service-level agreement (SLA) at this time.
Termination
You may close your account at any time and export your data first. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.
